Canandaigua Police recently served 35-year-old James Milliman of Canandaigua with a criminal summons for Harassment in the Second Degree.
The summons stems from a July 24 disturbance on Pleasant Street, where authorities say Milliman allegedly followed another person through their neighborhood with the intent to harass and annoy them.
Milliman is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
