The investigation into an alleged incident that happened one year ago has resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man on a rape charge.
Christoph Armbruster was also indicted on charges of criminal sex act, sexual abuse, and two counts of misconduct for the incident that happened in August of 2023 by an Ontario County Grand Jury back in May.
The 26-year-old was taken into custody on Saturday and was sent to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
