Canandaigua Man Faces Charges of Harassment in Yates County

A Canandaigua man turned himself into the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on Monday for an incident that happened the week prior.

Joseph Colson is accused of threatening to kill another person while in the presence of three children. Colson was charged with harassment and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Following his arraignment, Colson was released on an appearance ticket for Potter Town Court.
