Canandaigua Man Charged With Stalking

A Canandaigua man was arrested Friday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated harassment and stalking.

57-year-old Tim Snyder was taken into custody Friday night.

Snyder was brought to the Ontario County Jail where he was being held for CAP Court arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
