A Canandaigua man was arrested on Christmas Eve following an investigation into an incident at the Canandaigua Walmart.
33-year-old James Murray was charged with petit larceny by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Murray was released on an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court.
