A traffic stop early Sunday morning at the intersection of Buffalo Street Extension and State Route 5 in the town of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man.
In addition to being ticketed for speeding, failure to keep right and having an open alcoholic beverage container in his car, 20-year-old Jayden Torres was also charged for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
Following his arraignment, Torres was released to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
