The driver of a car that was spotted by police running a red light on South Main Street in the city of Canandaigua is facing drunken driving charges.
21-year-old Kaden Kays was arrested following the traffic stop on Bristol Street. According to an investigation, Canandaigua Police said they determined Kays had been driving his car while in an intoxicated condition.
Kays was released to a third party with an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
