Canandaigua Man Arrested on Criminal Mischief Charge

A Canandaigua man was arrested Thursday after Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reported larceny at the Cedar Lodge in the town of Hopewell.

60 year old Michael Struble, Senior, was charged with criminal mischief following the investigation.

Struble was released on an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
