A Canandaigua man has been arrested on a criminal mischief charge following the investigation into a disturbance that occurred in late October on Phoenix Street.
An investigation determined that Ethan Parcero had allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with another person while outside of a restaurant. During the altercation, the 22-year-old allegedly damaged the glass at the entrance to the restaurant.
Parcero was charged with criminal mischief and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
