The investigation into a disturbance at a Bristol Street address in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old Canandaigua man.
It is alleged that during the disturbance, Thomas Vaughan punched a window while in the presence of a child.
Vaughan was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
