A Canandaigua man has been arrested on burglary charges.
Charles Laplant is accused of entering a Pleasant Street home in the city of Canandaigua without permission on June 16th. There were also two people inside of the home who had active stay away orders of protection against Laplant. In addition to burglary, Canandaigua Police arrested Laplant on two counts of criminal contempt.
Laplant was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
