A Canandaigua man was arrested following a disturbance reported on North Main Street.
During the investigation, authorities determined that Clark Keuer had grabbed a 12-year-old child by the neck and attempted to strike them.
Keuer was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he awaits arraignment on charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
