On Sunday, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to High Street in the Town of Victor for a reported hit-and-run property damage accident.
Following an investigation, deputies arrested Kyler Villarreal, 25, of Canandaigua. Investigators allege that Villarreal left the scene of the accident after operating his motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Deputies further determined that Villarreal was driving with a revoked license at the time of the incident.
Villarreal was taken into custody at 7:58 PM and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree. He was processed and held for arraignment.
