Canandaigua Man Accused of Violating Order of Protection

A Canandaigua man is accused of violating an order of protection after allegedly making more than two dozen phone calls to the protected party.

61-year-old Roger Jones is accused of making the 29 phone calls on Tuesday in direct violation of the terms of the order of protection.

Jones was charged with criminal contempt and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua Town Court.
