Canandaigua Police arrested a 38-year-old Canandaigua man on criminal contempt charges.
It is alleged that on September 14th, Jon’Eric Ferner violated a stay-away order of protection by driving a car while the protected party was a passenger.
Ferner was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment for CAP Court.
