A shoplifting complaint in Ontario County resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old Canandaigua man.
Joel Colabatistto is alleged to have passed all points of sale at Von Maur in Victor without rendering payment for $1,719.80 worth of merchandise.
Colabatistto is charged with grand larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court
