The investigation into the theft of merchandise from an Eastern Boulevard business in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a 31-year-old Canandaigua man.
Marcis Worbois was charged with petit larceny by Canandaigua Police.
Worbois was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
