A Canandaigua man is facing a charge of harassment following the report of a disturbance at a Saltonstall Street.
Jayvon Green is alleged to have pulled another person to the ground by their hair and then dragged them.
The 29-year-old was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
