An incident on a park bench on Ontario Street in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man.
69-year-old Henry Hobin was arrested for public lewdness for allegedly masturbating. Police say when they arrived on the scene, Hobin was still in the act.
Hobin was charged with public lewdness and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
