A Canandaigua man was charged with criminal mischief following the investigation of a disturbance at a Jefferson Street address in the city of Canandaigua.
38-year-old Carlos Acosta is accused of damaging four tablets during a verbal altercation with another person.
Following his arrest, Acosta was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
