The investigation into damaged property at a City of Canandaigua business resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua man.
Canandaigua Police say Jadon Treese allegedly damaged a flower pot and bar stools belonging to the South Main Street business.
The 24-year-old was charged with criminal mischief and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
