The investigation into a reported disturbance at a Bristol Street address in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a 20-year-old Canandaigua man.
It is alleged that Jacob Bartosch grabbed another person by the throat, constricting their breathing and kicking them, resulting in pain and swelling to the victim’s hands.
Bartosch was charged with assault and sent to Ontario County Jail following his arrest for arraignment.
