The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 24-year-old Butler woman following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Ontario.
Deputies arrested Destiny Andrews on a charge of first-degree criminal contempt. According to investigators, Andrews allegedly violated a stay-away order of protection by repeatedly texting her ex-boyfriend.
She was taken into custody and scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court at the Wayne County Jail
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
