State Police investigating a burglary in Schuyler County have made an arrest.
Troopers say when they arrived on scene at a home in the village of Burdett, they allegedly found 33-year-old Albert Jones, of Montour Falls, stealing an item.
Jones was charged with petit larceny and given an appearance ticket for Hector Town Court.
