Buffalo Man Accused of Stealing Generator from Waterloo Store

A Buffalo man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a $1,200 generator from a Waterloo business back on March 7th.

30-year-old Luis Olivero is accused of entering the business, damaging a security cage in order to gain access to the generator, and leaving the store without paying for it.

Olivero was taken into custody on a warrant and was brought to Waterloo Town Court. After arraignment, Olivero was brought back to Erie County Jail where he is currently an inmate.
