Broome County Man Arrested on Harassment Charge Following Canandaigua Incident

A Broome County man is facing charges in Ontario County following an incident in the town of Canandaigua

On Friday, Brandon McCarthy was arrested on charges of aggravated harassment following an investigation.

The 29-year-old from Whitney Point was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
