A Brockport man was taken into custody by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on Friday on an active bench warrant out of Victor Town Court.
The warrant charges David Wright with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.
Following his arraignment in CAP Court, Wright was released on an appearance ticket.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
