A Branchport man was ticketed by Penn Yan Police after allegedly being spotted driving while on a suspended license.
Peter Kerrick was initially stopped for an equipment violation. It was during that traffic stop when officers learned Kerrick’s driving privileges were suspended.
Kerrick was subsequently cited for aggravated unlicensed operation and no/inadequate stop lamps.
