A Branchport man was arrested by the Penn Yan Police Department following a traffic stop in the village Tuesday afternoon.
Peter Kerrick was observed driving on Liberty Street while allegedly having an expired inspection sticker and a suspended New York State driver’s license.
Kerrick was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle and will appear in village court at a later date.
