A Branchport man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office upon his release from the Seneca County Jail Monday.
Zachary Waite was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
The 31-year-old was brought to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await CAP Court arraignment.
