A Branchport man was brought to Yates County Jail to await arraignment on an active arrest warrant.
State Police in Bath took 32-year-old Christopher Rossman into custody after learning of an active Order of Protection between him and the passenger. He was subsequently arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd and traffic infractions.
Rossman was then brought to Yates County Jail where at last word he was awaiting arraignment.
