Branchport Man Accused of Driving on a Suspended License

A Branchport man was ticketed by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the village.

Zachary Waite was observed to be driving a car on Elm Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license.

Waite was issued a traffic ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and released to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
