A 64-year-old Bradford man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on a harassment charge.
Robert James was charged following an incident that occurred on County Road 24 in Tyrone.
Following his arraignment in Schuyler County CAP Court, James was released to appear in Tyrone Town Court at a later date.
