Bloomfield Man Arrested on Bench Warrant

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 30-year-old Bloomfield man.

Cody Towns was picked up without incident on a bench warrant issued out of East Bloomfield Town Court for his alleged failure to appear on July 11th.

Towns was released on an appearance ticket following his arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
