Bloomfield Man Accused of Making Threatening Phone Calls

A Bloomfield man has been arrested on aggravated harassment charges.

44-year-old Joseph Krossber, the Fourth, is accused of making threatening phone calls to a resident on Niagara Street in the city of Canandaigua on December 10th. An investigation determined Krossber had initiated telephone calls to another person and left a voicemail threatening physical harm to the person as well as threats to the victim’s family.

Krossber was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
