A Bath man was arrested by Penn Yan Village Police following a traffic stop made in the Yates County village.
A police investigation revealed that 22-year-old Austin Shepard was found to be driving on a suspended license.
Shepard was cited for the offense and an equipment violation and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
