The investigation of a reported violation of an order of protection resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old Bath man on two felony charges.
It is alleged that Gordon Taft violated a duly served order of protection and had a similar previous conviction in the past five years.
Taft was charged with criminal contempt and aggravated family offense and was released on an appearance ticket.
