A Bath man was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant issued out of Bath Village Court.
The warrant for Brett Simons arrest stemmed from a complaint investigated by the Village of Bath Police Department on July 21st involving harassment and stalking allegations. Simons was charged with harassment and stalking.
The 35-year-old Simons was released to appear in Bath Village Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
