A Bath man was arrested Friday at the Yates County Probation Building.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, it was known that 73-year-old Robert Tolbert had an outstanding warrant stemming from a Violation of Probation Charge from earlier this year. Deputies contacted the 73-year-old and placed him under arrest.
Tolbert was taken to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
