A Bath man was arrested following a traffic stop by State Police in the village of Bath.
During the investigation, the Trooper learned that 49-year-old Richard Seager, Junior, learned he was in possession of a controlled substance. Seager was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Seager was released on an appearance ticket for Bath Village Court.
