State Police made an arrest following the investigation of a motor vehicle collision in connection with an ongoing property dispute on Johnson Road in the town of Bath.
39-year-old Chad Gerych, of Bath, was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Gerych was arraigned before Steuben County CAP and then released.
