Police have arrested a village of Bath resident on two counts of forcible touching.
45-year-old Randy Burdick is accused of following two women on West Morris Street in the Steuben County village before approaching them from behind and touching them inappropriately.
Following his arrest, Burdick was brought to the Steuben County Jail and released following his CAP arraignment.
