A Bath man was arrested by Penn Yan Police for allegedly driving on a suspended license.
19-year-old Colby Wilson was charged following a traffic stop in the Yates County village. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Wilson will answer the ticket in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
