A Bath man has been released from police custody after being arrested on an animal cruelty charge.
Jamie Gould was arrested after he was accused of intentionally injuring a puppy in his care by dragging it in the Steuben County village.
The 31-year-old was charged with torturing or injuring an animal and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
