Bath Man Accused of Burglary, Forcible Touching

A Bath man is facing charges of burglary, stalking, and forcible touching following an incident that happened in the Steuben County town.

Michael Sestak is accused of breaking into a home Friday with the intent to commit a crime. It is also alleged the 60-year-old stole property, forcibly touched the intimate parts of another person, and placed them in fear of harm.

Following his arraignment, Sestak was released to appear in Bath Court at a later date.
