A traffic stop on Clark Street and Turnpike roads in the town of Aurelius resulted in the arrest of an Auburn man.
An investigation by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office determined the driver of the car, Barshae Murph was intoxicated. Murph was transported to the Public Safety Building where he provided a breath sample reading of .13%.
Murph was charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, unsafe lane change and operating out of class.
Murph was released on an appearance ticket for Aurelius Town Court.
