An Auburn woman is facing charges in Wayne County following the investigation into a suspicious condition complaint back in January.
The complaint involved a parked car on Gansz Road in Galen. Haley Pinard was allegedly found to have suspected crack cocaine in her possession when deputies made contact with her in her car. Following positive lab results, it was confirmed Pinard was in possession of 45 milligrams of crack cocaine.
Pinard was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released on an appearance ticket for Galen Town Court.
