State Police arrested a 28-year-old Auburn woman two felony charges after she was spotted driving the wrong way on Arterial East in the town of Aurelius.
Samantha Ryan was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both felonies, along with other unspecified traffic violations.
Ryan was released on appearance tickets for Aurelius Town Court.
