A traffic stop in the town of Tyre Friday night resulted in the arrest of an Auburn woman.
An investigation by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office determined 47-year-old Verouna Greene was allegedly driving her car under the influence of alcohol.
Green was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a BAC greater than .08-percent
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
