An Auburn woman was arrested on a charge of petit larceny in Seneca Falls.
43-year-old Charlotte Blaisdell was seen with a shopping cart full of merchandise at an undisclosed business and allegedly passed all points of sale without making an attempt to pay for the items.
Blaisdell was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
